nutritional value of breakfast = 0
Mar. 29th, 2006 10:57 amSo, apparently this whole gluten intolerance thing may be mildly more serious than I had previously assumed. In all my brilliance, I wolfed down half a plate of pasta last evening, and some wheat toast this morning. As I leave my house after brushing my teeth, my body says "Thanks, but no thanks," and having brushed my teeth becomes a useless endeavor.
Fortunately, I already have a medical-type appointment in Las Cruces in late April. I will simply call my other doctor and set up an appointment in approximately the same time frame. I am about 85 percent sure that it is indeed a gluten intolerance that ails me, since both my father and my grandpa were diagnosed with it, and it has a strong genetic component indeed. However, it is always good to be more certain.
